Oreo truffles:
1 pkg Oreos (I used the berry ice cream kind)
1 bag chocolate chips
1 bag cherry chips
1 C cream cheese
Blend Oreos in blender then empty into a bowl. Mix in cream cheese until you create “Oreo paste” roll into 1” balls an place on a cookie sheet (lined w/ wax paper). Pour chocolate chips into microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Stir until completely melted. Roll Oreo balls around in chocolate until covered and place back on cookie sheet. Place Oreo balls in fridge for 5 minutes. Pour cherry chips into separate microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Stir and pour contents into ziplock bag. Squeeze contents into one corner of bag and cut a small hole in the corner with scissors. Drizzle over Oreo balls, chill until ready to serve! Enjoy!
